SHIPPING

SHIPPING INFORMATION / PRODUCT LEAD TIMES


PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES: Most of our products are printed on demand which means that once you place an order, we put them into final production. Once the product is completed, it's sent to our quality control team for a final look and then to our fulfillment team who ships your order out. In most cases, we can complete this process within 3-5 days after you place an order. As soon as the shipping label gets smacked onto your package we will send you an email with the tracking number. 

PRE-SALE
: If you purchase a pre-sale item, they are not put into production until the pre-sale period is completed. The pre-sale period is listed in the product description, on the product page of all pre-sale items.

* Keep in mind,  shipping lead times are calculated upon fulfillment of your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We can ship anywhere in the world, including APO/FPO! Please reach out to a member of our team if you're having issues with your address at checkout.

CANCEL OR CHANGE AN ORDER - If your order has not been shipped, please email info@thirteenfiftyapparel.com with your order number. You can locate your order number in your email confirmation.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact customer service within 30 days of purchase of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise.

ALL ITEMS MARKED FINAL SALE ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS!

Please use our Return Portal to begin your return. Please make sure your order meets our return criteria and is not a final sale item before you complete your return. Include your Order Number and Reason for Return. If you need an exchange, please include the size/product requested. You may use the courier of your choice to return your item(s)
